FRED FUGEN

For over 30 years and more than 20,000 jumps, I have been pushing the limits of human flight as a World Champion in freefall, Red Bull athlete, Jetman pilot and leader of the Soul Flyers team.

Through my talks, I share my unique experience of leadership, teamwork, and risk management, drawing strong parallels between extreme sports and the corporate world.

My journey, marked by achievements, world firsts, and a powerful story of resilience following the loss of my teammate, invites everyone to dare, believe in themselves, and turn fear into action.

A tailored

For more than ten years, I have been sharing my journey through keynote talks, taking audiences into the heart of extraordinary projects: jumping from the Burj Khalifa, entering an aircraft in mid-flight, and flying alongside the Patrouille de France.

Behind these spectacular images, I focus on what makes these missions possible: rigorous preparation, trust, team coordination, leadership, and self-control in the face of uncertainty.

I draw clear parallels with the business world, where the stakes are different but the underlying mechanisms are the same: making decisions under pressure, managing risk, adapting quickly, innovating, and bringing a team together around a shared objective. I show how to turn individual performance into collective success, and how to convert fear into action, doubt into learning, and obstacles into opportunities.

Thanks to projects carried out in highly diverse environments and under very different constraints, I can tailor each talk to the challenges of every organization: leadership, team cohesion, risk and stress management, innovation, performance, and transformation.

I have also specialized in “world firsts,” which have taught me to push boundaries while staying clear-headed and methodical.

My journey is also deeply human. After losing my teammate and best friend Vince Reffet, with whom I shared twenty years of flying and friendship, I had to rebuild, find meaning again, and keep going. That experience reinforced a simple conviction: resilience and passion are what enable us to move forward, even when everything feels unstable.
